How does the consultation process work?

We start by examining your home’s strengths and weaknesses. People looking for a luxury home are very picky, so we need to find a way to make people ignore weak points by highlighting the strengths. Every great home has a great story, and the key to selling your home for the highest possible price is to bring the story to light and sell on the basis of that story. Once we find your home’s strengths, we map out a storyboard for the video we are going to make. We submit the storyboard to you, and once approved, we handle all photography, video, and editing production. We even hire actors in some cases. We present the first edit to you and you can make more edits needed. Once that is complete, we present a package along with the final video and a marketing blueprint to get the collateral out to potential buyers.
